随着化肥在农业生产上的广泛使用,国家对化肥的安全运输也越发重视,其中部分氮肥由于氧化性的原因被判定为5.1项氧化性物质,导致运输成本的增加。选取氮肥硝酸钠为研究对象,进行O.1氧化性固体试验,分析造粒处理对氧化性固体包装分类的影响。试验结果表明,通过造粒处理改变硝酸钠的物理形态,可有效减弱硝酸钠在粉末状态下呈现的氧化性,达到非5.1项的包装分类。因此,对氧化性固体进行分类判定时,建议参考氧化性固体的实际物理状态和试验数据,确保氧化性固体分类的合理判定。
With the widespread use of chemical fertilizers in agricultural production, the state has paid more and more attention to the safe transportation of chemical fertilizers. Some nitrogen fertilizers among which have been judged as 5.1 oxidizing substances due to oxidative reasons, resulting in increased transportation costs. The nitrogen fertilizer sodium nitrate is selected as the research object, and the O.1 oxidizing solid test is performed to analyze the effect of granulation treatment on the classification of oxidizing solid packaging. Test results show that changing physical form of sodium nitrate through the granulation treatment can effectively reduce the oxidization of sodium nitrate in the powder state, and achieve a packaging classification other than 5.1. Therefore, when classifying and judging oxidizing solids, it is recommended to refer to the actual physical state and test data of oxidizing solids to ensure a reasonable determination of oxidizing solids classification.
