青霉素及头孢菌素中间体7-ACA在动物饲养过程中的应用非常普遍,其残留引起的安全问题已不容忽视。为探索碘量法测定青霉素及7-ACA含量的测试条件,开展了试验研究。试验结果表明:碘量法测定青霉素及7-ACA含量具有操作简便快速、测定结果准确、精密度好等优点; 在最优测试条件下,青霉素及7-ACA的测定回收率均达90%以上。

Abstract The application of penicillin and cephalosporin intermediate 7-ACA in animal feeding is very common, and the safety issues caused by the residues cannot be ignored. In order to explore the test conditions for the determination of penicillin and 7-ACA content by iodometry, experimental research is carried out. The experimental results show that the determination of penicillin and 7-ACA content by the iodometry has the advantages of simple and fast operation, accurate measurement results and good precision; under the optimal test condition, the recovery rate of penicillin and 7-ACA is more than 90%.
