摘要:

为了降低湿法磷酸中SO42-含量并提高P2O5含量,开展了向湿法磷酸中加入适量矿浆和浓硫酸的工业试验。试验结果表明:在湿法磷酸中加入适量矿浆和浓硫酸,通过一步反应可以将SO42-质量分数从3.41%降至1.08%,同时将P2O5质量分数从20.66%提高至24.13%;对于P2O5产量为90 kt/a的生产装置,年可增加经济效益1 335.1万元。

In order to reduce the content of SO42- and increase the content of P2O5 in wet-process phosphoric acid, an industrial test is carried out of adding an appropriate amount of phosphate rock slurry and concentrated sulfuric acid to wet-process phosphoric acid. The test results show that by adding an appropriate amount of phosphate rock slurry and concentrated sulfuric acid to wet-process phosphoric acid, w (SO42-) can be reduced from 3.41% to 1.08% through one step reaction, and w (P2O5) can be increased from 20.66% to 24.13%; for a production unit with a P2O5 output of 90 kt/a, the annual economic benefit can be increased by 13.351 million yuan.
