提出了微波消解-电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定复混肥中钠元素含量的方法。样品(0.300 0~0.500 0 g)中加入硝酸-盐酸(1+3)混合酸10.0 mL,放置1 h后进行微波消解;消解液在150~160 ℃蒸至近干,定容至100 mL,干过滤;滤液供电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法测定钠元素,分析谱线为589.59 nm。结果表明:方法的检出限为10 μg/L,相关系数为0.999 9;加标回收率为94.9%~95.9%,相对标准偏差为1.14%~1.86%。该方法操作简单、准确可靠,能够满足复混肥中钠的测定要求。
A microwave digestion-inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry method for determination of sodium content in compound fertilizer is proposed. The sample (0.300 0 to 0.500 0 g) is added into 10.0 mL mixed acid of nitric acid and hydrochloric acid (1+3), placed for 1 h, and then subjected to microwave digestion. The digestion solution is steamed to near dryness at 150~160 ℃, set the volume to 100 mL, and dry filtered. The filtrate can be used for inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry to determine the sodium element, and the analysis line is 589.59 nm. The results show that the detection limit of the method is 10 μg/L, the correlation coefficient is 0.999 9; the recovery rate is 94.9%~95.9%, and the relative standard deviation is 1.14%~1.86%. The method is simple, accurate and reliable, and can meet the requirements of determination of sodium in compound fertilizer.
