阿卡波糖生产过程中菌渣高效灭活及减量化技术研究

摘要:

通过试验探索了碱解法和板框压滤法处理阿卡波糖菌渣的工艺条件。结果表明:控制菌渣含固质量分数为20%、NaOH加入量为干基菌渣质量的6%、处理时间为6 h,可将菌渣中的阿卡波糖质量分数降至30 mg/kg以下,活菌可以完全被杀灭;板框压滤机操作压力在1.0 MPa,菌渣含水质量分数可降至约60%;通过板框压滤前的水洗,可有效去除菌渣中的盐分。经处理后的菌渣可作为生产有机肥的原料,不仅实现了菌渣的资源化利用,而且可以降低菌渣的处理成本,避免环境污染。

Abstract:

The process conditions for treatment of Acarbose residue with alkali hydrolysis and plate-frame pressure filtration are explored through experiment. The results show that controlling the mass fraction of solid content of the residue to 20%, adding NaOH to 6% of the mass fraction of residue (dry basis), and treating for 6 h can reduce the mass fraction of Acarbose in the residue to below 30 mg/kg, live bacteria can be completely killed; the operating pressure of the plate-frame filter press is 1.0 MPa, and the moisture content of residue can be reduced to about 60%; through water washing before plate-frame pressure filtration, the salt in the residue can be effectively removed. The treated residue can be used as a raw material for production of organic fertilizer, which not only realizes the resource utilization of the residue, but also reduces the treatment cost of the residue and avoids environmental pollution.
