随着固定层间歇式气化装置的停运,与之配套的吹风气锅炉面临燃料短缺问题。提出了将具有回收燃烧价值的甲酸、甲酸钠、液氮洗和多元醇装置的尾气以及多元醇装置中的有机废液通过复合式喷枪送至吹风气锅炉燃烧的方案,并对吹风气锅炉喷枪系统进行了技术改造,确保吹风气锅炉可以同时处理两相流体,达到了减轻环保压力、实现节能降耗的目的。
With the shutdown of the fixed-bed intermittent gasification unit, the matching blowing gas boiler is facing the problem of fuel shortage. It is proposed that the exhaust gases of formic acid, sodium formate, liquid nitrogen washing and polyol units with recovery combustion value and the organic waste liquid discharged from the polyol unit are sent to the blowing gas boiler for combustion through composite spray guns. At the same time, the blowing gas boiler spray gun system has been technically modified to ensure that the blowing gas boiler can handle two-phase fluids at the same time. The goal of reducing environmental protection pressure and energy saving and consumption reduction has been achieved.
