将根瘤菌发酵液喷洒在改性风化煤上,风干后与微量元素氨基酸螯合物混匀造粒制得根瘤菌组合物颗粒;分别采用改性腐殖酸钠和中量元素氨基酸螯合物对尿素进行包膜改性;将根瘤菌组合物颗粒、2种包膜尿素与普通尿素、聚磷酸铵、硫酸钾、三聚磷酸钾按比例混合均匀即得含有根瘤菌的大豆专用肥。经过2年的田间肥效试验,结果表明:施用含根瘤菌的大豆专用肥比不施肥、施用相同氮磷钾养分的普通复混肥,对大豆根瘤菌的数量、质量以及大豆产量具有明显的促进作用。
The rhizobium fermentation broth is sprayed on the modified weathered coal, and after air drying, it is mixed with the trace element amino acid chelate and granulated to prepare the rhizobium composition granules; modified sodium humate and medium element amino acid chelate are used respectively to coat urea for modification; rhizobium composition granules, two kinds of coated urea and common urea, ammonium polyphosphate, potassium sulfate, and potassium tripolyphosphate are mixed in proportion to obtain a soybean special fertilizer containing rhizobium. A 2-year field fertilizer efficacy test is carried out and the test results show that compared with applying no fertilizer and applying common compound fertilizers containing the same ammount of NPK nutrients, the applycation of soybean special fertilizer containing rhizobium has significant effect on promotion of quantity, quality of rhizobium and yield of soybean.
