结合合成氨装置污水处理站的实际运行情况,分析SBR池出水氨氮含量严重超标的原因。针对工艺故障原因,即连续遭受高负荷、高氨氮污水和高尿素含量污水的3次冲击,提出相应的调整措施和防范措施。

Abstract:

Based on actual operation conditions of ammonia sewage treatment station in ammonia plant, the causes for higher ammonia-nitrogen content in outlet water of SBR pond, which is above the index specified in exceeding standards seriously are analyzed. In connection with causes for troubles in the process, i.e., continuous suffer from 3 impacts, including impact of high load, impact of high-ammonia-nitrogen sewage and impact of sewage containing high content of urea, relevant adjustment measures and preventive measures are proposed.
