变压吸附脱碳装置二段逆放气回收方式的优化

摘要:

分析了变压吸附脱碳装置二段逆放气回收至煤气柜对系统的不利影响,提出了优化回收方式。改造措施实施后,煤气中有效气体体积分数提高3%,氨产量由410 t/d提高至420 t/d,吨氨压缩机电耗下降21 kW·h,取得了良好的经济效益。

Abstract:

The disadvantages to the system of recovering inverse vent gas from the second stage of pressure swing adsorption (PSA) decarburization unit to gas tank are analyzed, and optimized recovery method is suggested. After implementing revamp measures, volume fraction of effective component in coal gas increases by 3%, ammonia output increases from 410 t/d to 420t/d, and compressor power consumption per ton of ammonia drops by 21 kW·h, good economic benefit is obtained.
