摘要:

在磷酸二铵生产中,冷却尾气的回收再利用不但可减少尾气的排放量、减轻环境污染,而且可降低生产成本。结合实际生产工艺,对磷酸二铵冷却尾气与热风炉燃烧热量进行分析和计算,探讨了利用磷酸二铵冷却尾气来替代常温空气作为热风炉原煤燃烧的助燃气体的可行性。

Abstract:

In production of diammonium phosphate (DAP), the recycle of cooling tail gas can not only reduce discharge of tail gas, relieve environmental pollution, but also can lower the cost of production. Based on actual production process, analysis and calculation are carried out of the diammonium phosphate cooling tail gas and hot-blast stove combustion calories, and the feasibility is discussed of using diammonium phosphate cooling tail gas to replace normal temperature air as combustion-supporting gas of raw-coal combustion in hot-blast stove.
