针对国内黄磷尾气资源化利用面临的两大难题和必须解决的两个基本问题进行了研究、探讨。分析了黄磷尾气代替燃煤作为蒸汽锅炉燃料后对设备产生严重腐蚀的机理、特征及影响因素,指出尾气中残磷是锅炉腐蚀穿孔的主要原因。采用专利技术"一种黄磷尾气燃气锅炉换热主体装置"制造的不同生产能力的黄磷尾气锅炉已从根本上解决了腐蚀问题,实际运行时间最长的已达4年以上,取得了环保和经济效益双丰收。

Abstract:

In connection with two major obstacles faced with and two basic problems that must be solved in the resource utilization of yellow phosphorus tail gas in China, study and investigation are carried out. An analysis is made of the mechanism, characteristics and influencing factors of serious equipment corrosion after yellow phosphorus tail gas is used for steam boiler instead of fire coal, and it is indicated that it is the residual phosphorus in tail gas that is the main cause of corrosion perforation of the boiler. A yellow phosphorus tail gas boiler, which is made by utilizing patent technology, "the main heat exchanger device in yellow phosphorus tail gas burning boiler" and with different production capacity, has solved corrosion problem fundamentally, the longest time of actual operation is more than 4 years, great achievements in both environmental protection and economic benefit have been attained.
