高温除尘系统在工业窑炉中的应用探究

采用无机多元材料过滤元件制造的高温除尘工艺装备对450~500 ℃高温含尘烟气的过滤进行了中试试验,概述了其PID工艺流程、主要设备参数及工艺指标。连续1年多的中试运行结果表明,该高温除尘工艺装备过滤风速高、运行阻力低,经净化后的高温气体中粉尘接近零排放,可满足SCR脱硝前端除尘要求,同时能提高余热锅炉传热效率。

A pilot scale test is carried out of using high temperature dedusting process equipment, which is made with inorganic compound materials, to filter 450~500 ℃ high temperature dust-laden flue gas, and its PID process flow, parameters of main equipment and technological indexes are summarize. The results of continuous pilot scale test for more than a year show that the high temperature dedusting process equipment has the characteristics of high filtration velocity and low running resistance, after purification, dust in high temperature gas is near zero discharge, the front-end dedusting request of SCR denitration can be satisfied, at the same time, heat transfer efficiency of exhaust-heat boiler is improved, too.
