通过试验,建立了同时测定叶面肥料中氯吡脲、烯效唑、萘乙酸和脱落酸4种植物生长调节剂的高效液相色谱分析方法。试验结果表明:在样品采用甲醇提取、以甲醇-0.1%甲酸水溶液作为流动相、采用梯度洗脱、进样量10 μL、柱温35 ℃的条件下,测试样品的测定结果在1.0~100.0 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,检出限为0.1 mg/L;在0.05%,0.50%和5.00%添加水平上,方法的平均回收率在90.0%~105.0%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)<5%(n=6);该方法通用性强、选择性好、灵敏度高,可满足叶面肥料中氯吡脲、烯效唑、萘乙酸和脱落酸4种植物生长调节剂同时检测的要求。
Through experiment, an analysis method for determination of forchlorfenuron, uniconazole, naphthylacetic acid and abscisic acid in foliar fertilizers at the same time with high performance liquid chromatography is established. Experimental results show that under conditions that samples are extracted with methanol, methanol and 0.1% formic acid aqueous solution are used as mobile phase, gradient elution is used, the injection volume of the sample is 10 μL and column temperature is 35 ℃, in the range of 1.0~100.0 mg/L of sample tested, the method has a good linear relation, the limit of determination is 0.1 mg/L; at concentration levels of 0.05%, 0.50% and 5.00%, the mean recoveries are between 90.0% and 105.0% with relative standard deviations less than 5% (n=6). This method has the characteristics of high universality, good selectivity and high sensitivity, it can meet the requirements of determination of four plant growth regulators, forchlorfenuron, uniconazole, naphthylacetic acid and abscisic acid, in foliar fertilizers at the same time.
