造粒硝酸钾的分类试验研究

摘要:

对国内4家企业所生产的造粒硝酸钾进行了粒度分析、抗压试验、振动以及冲击试验,然后对试验前后不同物理状态的样品进行固体氧化性试验并对样品的易碎度及氧化性结果进行分析。研究结果表明,造粒后的硝酸钾已经大大减弱了其在粉末状态下所呈现的氧化性,因此,建议相关法规考虑豁免符合一定条件的造粒硝酸钾在运输状况下的氧化剂分类。

Abstract:

The particle size analysis, compression test, vibration and shock test are carried out of granulated potassium nitrate produced by 4 domestic enterprises, then the solid oxidation test is performed of samples with different physical states before and after tests and analysis is carried out of sample frangibility and result of oxidation. Study results show that the granulated potassium nitrate has already greatly weakened its oxidability appeared in powder state, therefore, it is suggested that relevant regulations will exempt granulated potassium nitrate on certain condition from oxidant classification in transportation condition.
