新工艺、新技术、新装备在固体钾盐开采中的应用

摘要:

介绍了以连续采矿机、悬臂式掘进机为龙头的新工艺、新技术、新装备的应用情况,为固体钾盐矿床开采开辟了新途径。现已开展固体钾盐矿开采技术与装备标准体系的研究及相关重要标准的制定工作,该项目完成后将填补钾盐行业没有技术标准的空白,能推动我国连续采矿机开采技术、悬臂式掘进机巷道掘进技术的开发及推广应用,为钾矿开采企业的机械化、规模化、集约化提供技术支撑。

Abstract:

An introduction is given to the application situation of new process, new technology and new equipment, which take continuous mining machine and cantilever excavator as their lead, and new approach is opened up for mining of solid potash deposits. At present the study of mining technology and equipment standards system of solid potash mining and establishment of relevant important standards are carried out, the completion of the project will fill the void that potash salt industry has no technical standard, promoting development and popularization and application of mining technology with continuous mining machine, and roadway tunneling technology with catilever excavator in China, providing technical support for potassium ore mining enterprises engaged in mechanization, scale operation and intensification.
