摘要:

为了考察QDB-04型耐硫变换催化剂对羰基硫的催化转化性能,进行了工业侧线试验。试验结果表明:在同等工艺条件下,QDB-04型耐硫变换催化剂的CO转化率优于在用催化剂的CO转化率,其他气体组分含量无明显差异,均能满足CO变换的要求;当温度为450 ℃时,CO含量增加,转化率下降,这是因为CO变换反应为放热反应,受反应平衡影响所致。

Abstract:

In order to investigate the catalytic transformation performance of type QDB-04 sulfur-tolerant shift catalyst on carbonyl sulfide, an industrial side-stream experiment is carried out. Experimental results show that under the same process conditions, the CO conversion rate of type QDB-04 sulfur-tolerant shift catalyst is superior to that of the catalyst in use, and the contents of other components have no significant differences, both can satisfy the requirements of CO conversion; when temperature at 450 ℃, CO content increases and conversion rate decreases, as CO conversion is an exothermic reaction, this is the result of the influence of reaction equilibrium.
