摘要:

介绍了硝酸装置氧化亚氮减排技术中二级减排技术的特点及存在的问题,介绍了国内几种主要氨氧化炉型的改造方案。分析了二级减排技术中气流走短路的机理,探讨了为避免气流走短路可采用的裙边方案、催化剂盆方案和格栅方案所存在的问题。

A presentation is given of the features of tow-stage nitrous oxide emission reduction technology for nitric acid unit and existing problems, the modification schemes of several domestic main types of ammonia oxidizing column are introduced. The mechanism of air short circuit of two-stage emission reduction technology is analyzed, and the existing problems of skirt scheme, catalyst basin scheme and grid scheme, which are available for avoiding air short circuit to be used, are discussed.
