通过对钾矿与可溶性钙盐制备硅钙钾肥可行性的研究并探索所制备试样的相关性质,由此间接得出将CaCl2和Ca(NO3)2与磷石膏钙渣堆放在一起对磷石膏钙渣与钾矿制备硅钙钾肥的可行性及相关性质的影响。试验结果表明:可溶性钙渣CaCl2对硅钙钾肥的影响较大;Ca(NO3)2与钾矿制备硅钙钾肥虽可行,但会产生有刺激性气味的气体。
Through feasibility study of preparation of silicon-calcium-potassium fertilizer with potassium ore and soluble calcium salt and exploration of related properties of samples prepared, the feasibility of making silicon-calcium-potassium fertilizer by calcium slag of phosphogypsum and potassium ore, CaCl2 and Ca(NO3)2 stacked with calcium slag of phosphogypsum, and influence of related properties are reached indirectly. Experimental results show that soluble calcium slag CaCl2 has great influence on silicon-calcium-potassium fertilizer; though it is possible to prepare silicon-calcium-potassium fertilizer with Ca(NO3)2 and potassium ore, but gas with a pungent odor will be produced.
