提高颗粒硫酸钾强度的试验研究

摘要:

以粉料硫酸钾为原料,研究了影响挤压造粒法生产的颗粒硫酸钾强度的因素。试验结果表明,通过改变粉料硫酸钾含水量、适当增大原料颗粒的粒径以及在造粒成型的颗粒表面喷洒适量的水后再烘干,都能有效提高颗粒硫酸钾的强度。

Abstract:

Using powder potassium sulfate as raw material, the factors influencing potassium sulfate granular strength produced by extruding granulation are researched. Experimental results show that all these measures, such as changing water content of powder potassium sulfate, increasing properly particle size of raw material particles and spraying appropriate amount of water on the surface of granulated grain before drying, can increase potassium sulfate granular strength.
