简述了壳牌气化炉和五环炉的工艺特点、煤粉循环的工作原理以及减压管的构造和作用,分析了造成减压管内衬陶瓷脱落的原因。通过对减压管实施改造,彻底解决了内衬陶瓷脱落的问题,为装置的稳定运行提供了保障。

Abstract:

An brief account is given of the process characteristic of Shell gasifier and WHG, the operation principle of pulverized coal circulation and the structure and function of pressure relief pipe, the causes of falling off of ceramics inner liner of pressure relief pipe are analyzed. By implementation of revamp of pressure relief pipe, the ceramics inner liner falling off problem is solved thoroughly, providing guarantee for stable operation of the unit.
