经多年的运行,与100 kt/a喷浆造粒复合肥装置和100 kt/a氨化造粒复合肥装置配套的氢钾转化系统和盐酸吸收系统已无法满足生产要求。针对存在的问题,对原有的氢钾转化系统和盐酸吸收系统进行了设计改造。改造后,不仅消除了安全隐患,而且排放尾气中氯化氢含量符合国家标准要求。

After years of operation, the system of concentrated sulfuric acid reacting with potassium chloride and hydrochloric acid absorption system, which are associated with 100 kt/a compound fertilizer plant with spraying granulation and 100 kt/a compound fertilizer plant with ammoniation granulation, are no longer able to meet the production requirement. In connection with the existing problem, design and renovation are implemented on original concentrated sulfuric acid and potassium chloride reaction system and hydrochloric acid absorption system. After the revamp, not only the hidden perils in safety are eliminated, but also the hydrogen chloride content contained in tail gas is in conformity with national standards.
