非光气法MDI生产技术及成本比较

摘要:

介绍了二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯(MDI)生产技术的研发进展情况,着重阐述了尿素法制备MDI工艺技术研究进展。通过对尿素法与光气法生产MDI的成本效益进行比较分析,认为尿素法较光气法具有更大的优势。

The research and development situation of diphenyl-methane-diisocyanate (MDI) production technology is introduced, and research progress of MDI preparation technology of urea method is described emphatically. By comparative analysis of cost efficiency of MDI production with urea method and phosgene method, it is considered that urea method has greater advantages over phosgene method.
