摘要:

采用Ussing Chamber方法测定了298 K下尿素-水和磷酸二氢钾-尿素-水溶液中氮养分的渗透率,考察尿素浓度和磷酸二氢钾添加量对溶液中氮养分透过聚苯乙烯薄膜过程的影响。依据渗透率的变化规律,采用溶解-扩散模型,探讨了体系中养分分子-分子或分子-离子间相互作用形成的缔合物对扩散系数的影响。

Abstract:

Using Ussing Chamber method, the permeability of nitrogen nutrient in urea-water solution and urea-KH2PO4-water solution at nominal temperature of 298 K is measured, the effect of urea concentration and additive quantity of KH2PO4 on diffusion of nitrogen nutrient in solution through polystyrene membrane is investigated. Based on permeability change regularity, adopting solution-diffusion model, the effect of the association complex resulted from molecule-molecule and molecule-ion interactions in the aqueous compound fertilizer solution on diffusion coefficient is discussed.
