为了解土霉素废渣对土壤中种子发芽率的影响以及不同生长期的植物对土霉素耐受能力的差异,以土霉素废渣、土霉素碱溶液和黄瓜种子为试验材料,以水溶液和土壤为介质,试验研究了土霉素碱溶液和土霉素废渣中的土霉素(污染水平为0~4 000 mg/kg)对黄瓜种子发芽率和幼苗期生长情况的影响。试验结果表明:当土霉素污染水平为25~50 mg/kg时,对黄瓜种子发芽率和幼苗期生长均有促进作用;当土霉素污染水平超过100 mg/kg时,无论是水培还是土培条件下,均对黄瓜幼苗期地上部茎高及生物量产生显著的影响;不同处理方式对黄瓜种子发芽率影响的大小顺序为土霉素废渣+土壤>土霉素碱溶液+水>土霉素碱溶液+土壤,对黄瓜幼苗期生长影响的大小顺序为土霉素碱溶液+水>土霉素废渣+土壤>土霉素碱溶液+土壤;抗生素在土壤中的生态毒性效应明显低于水溶液;黄瓜生长在前期比后期更易受土霉素废渣污染的毒害。
In order to understand the effect of oxytetracycline waste residue on germination rate of seed in soil and the difference in endurance capacity of plants in different growth period, with oxytetracycline residue, oxytetracycline alkali solution and cucumber seed used as experimental materials, and aqueous solution and soil used as media, a study is carried out of the effect of oxytetracycline in oxytetracycline residue and in oxytetracycline alkali solution (pollution level is 0~4 000 mg/kg) on seed germination rate and growth at seedling stage. Experimental results show when pollution level is 25~50 mg/kg, oxytetracycline has promoting effect on both seed germination rate and seeding stage growth of cucumber; when pollution level is above 100 mg/kg, oxytetracycline has significant influence on cucumber shoot height at seeding stage and biomass, whether it is in hydroponic condition or is in soil culture condition; the influence extent of different treatments on cucumber seed germination rate is in the order of oxytetracycline residue + soil > oxytetracycline alkali solution + water > oxytetracycline alkali solution + soil; the influence level on cucumber seeding stage growth is in the order of oxytetracycline alkali solution + water > oxytetracycline residue + soil > oxytetracycline alkali solution + soil; the ecotoxicological effects of antibiotic in soil is obviously lower than that in aqueous solution; and cucumber is easily poisoned by oxytetracycline residue in early growth stage than in later growth stage.
