螯合钾加锌尿素是在添加增效剂聚天门冬氨酸钾盐的基础上,添加植物生长所必需的有机螯合锌而制得的新型肥料,增效剂和产品分析指标中都要求对螯合锌含量进行测定。通过条件试验,确定了采用SP-3520AA型原子吸收光谱仪测定锌含量的最佳试验条件:工作灯电流3 A,光谱带宽0.7 nm,燃烧器高度7.5 cm,空气流量6.0 L/min,乙炔气流量1.0 L/min。在此试验条件下,标准工作曲线相关系数r=0.999,加标回收率在97.36%~103.35%,准确度较高,可满足试验要求。

Abstract:

The urea containing chelated potassium and zinc is a new type fertilizer made by adding organic chelated zinc, which is necessary for plant growth, together with synergist polyaspartic acid sylvite. The analysis indexes of both synergist and product require the determination of chelated zinc content. Through condition tests, the optimum experimental conditions are determined for using type SP-3520AA atomic absorption spectrometer to measure the content of zinc as follows: work lamp current 3 A, spectral bandwidth 0.7 nm, burner height 7.5 cm, air flow 6.0 L/min, and acetylene gas flow 1.0 L/min. Under the experimental conditions, correlation coefficient of standard working curve r=0.999, standard recovery rate is between 97.36%~103.35%, the accuracy is high, and the experimental requirements are achieved.
