流化床降温及回转筛除尘技改项目运行总结

摘要:

针对尿素生产装置存在的粉尘量大、现场氨味重、包装温度高等问题,利用空气动力学和气固流态化技术设计并制造了流化床装置,经过流化床除尘降温后的尿素颗粒再通过多层回转筛分装置,粉尘及尾气由低浓度尿液吸收循环后进入系统再次造粒,以进一步降低粉尘、提升尿素产品品质。技改项目实施后,有效解决了高负荷及高温季节生产时所存在的问题,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。

Aiming at the problems of large amount of dust, strong smell of ammonia at the scene and high temperature of packaging in the urea production unit, fluidized bed device was designed and manufactured with aerodynamics and gas-solid fluidized technology. Urea particles repassed multilayer rotary screening device after dedusting and cooling by fluidized bed, dust and tail gas were absorbed through the low concentration urea solution and circulated into the system for granulation again, dust would be further reduced and quality of urea product was improved. After implementation of technical reform project, it effectively solved the problems existing in the high-load and high-temperature seasonal production and achieved good economic and social benefits.
