针对原有废水中化学耗氧量(COD)的测定存在耗时长而不能及时反映废水处理情况的不足,试验研究了化肥厂生产废水中COD快速测定方法,即通过将反应液中硫酸物质的量浓度增大至10.5 mol/L,提高了氧化剂的电极电位,加快了反应速度。试验结果表明,快速测定法与国家标准规定的测定方法的测定结果基本一致,可以满足生产要求。
n connection with the deficiencies of the original method for measuring chemical oxygen demand (COD) in wastewater, which takes a long time and cannot reflect the wastewater treatment situation in time, the rapid determination method of COD in fertilizer plant production wastewater is studied. By increasing the Molar concentration of sulfuric acid in the reaction solution to 10.5 mol/L, the electrode potential of the oxidant is increased, and the reaction rate is accelerated. The experimental results show that the measurement results of the rapid determination method are basically consistent with the measurement results of the measurement method specified by the national standard, and can meet the production requirements.
