变换系统增设汽提塔改造总结

摘要:

因航天粉煤加压气化装置的水系统存在结垢现象,导致粗煤气在变换系统产生的冷凝液水质较差,不利于航天粉煤气化装置的长周期稳定运行。在变换系统中增设1座汽提塔和2台透平泵,并对管线进行调整,有效改善了返回航天粉煤加压气化装置的冷凝液水质。

Due to scale formation in the water system of HT-L pulverized coal pressurized gasification unit, the condensate quality produced by the crude gas in the conversion system is poor, which is unfavorable to long-period stable operation of the HT-L pulverized coal pressurized gasification unit. In view of the existing problems, one stripping tower and two turbine pumps are added to the conversion system, and the pipeline was adjusted to effectively improve the condensate quality of the returning HT-L pulverized coal pressurized gasification unit.
