选取过氧化氢、氨水、高锰酸钾、氢氧化钾等活化剂对风化煤进行活化,然后通过采用傅里叶红外光谱、X射线衍射光谱以及碳氧含量的测定来评价活化效果。试验结果表明,以氢氧化钾为活化剂、采用滚筒活化方法得到的活化产物的pH、电导率等理化性质较好,其活化产物的水溶性相对未活化处理的水溶性大幅提高,活化效果综合性好。
Hydrogen peroxide(H2O2), ammonia(NH3), potassium permanganate (KMnO4), potassium hydroxide (KOH) were selected as activators to activate weathered coal, and then the activation effect was evaluated by using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction spectroscopy and the determination of carbon and oxygen content. The results showed that the activated products with potassium hydroxide as the activator and the drum activation method had better physicochemical property, such as pH, conductivity and so on. The water solubility of activated product was higher than that of untreated product, and it had better comprehensive activation effect than that of untreated product.
