海德鲁流化床造粒装置的粉尘治理
Urea Dust Control of Hydro Fluidized Bed Granulator
摘要:

针对海德鲁流化床大颗粒尿素造粒装置在实际生产中存在粉尘量大的问题,分析了粉尘的来源及其危害,并从源头控制和粉尘后处理2个方面采取了相应的改进措施。改进措施实施后,使海德鲁流化床大颗粒尿素造粒装置的粉尘量得到有效控制,现场工作环境得到明显改善。

Aiming at the problem of large quantity dust generated of production process in large granular urea granulator of Hydro fluidized bed, the source and hazard of dust were analyzed, and corresponding improvement measures were taken from two aspects: source control and dust post-treatment. After the implementation of the improvement measures, the dust quantity in the large granular urea granulator of Hydro fluidized bed has been effectively controlled, and the field working environment has been obviously improved.
