我国硝酸盐工业生产技术分析与创新

摘要:

针对目前采用直接法生产亚硝酸钠和硝酸钠存在碱尾气中NOx含量偏高、1#碱吸收塔出液中NaNO2/NaNO3比值偏低的实际情况,提出了氮氧化物以纯碱溶液吸收的新反应机理,并对直接法生产工艺进行了改进,即:根据碱吸收过程中NOx含量的变化,将碱吸收塔操作压力分为2种等级;1#和2#碱吸收塔分为上下两段;氧化炉副产的蒸汽与“三合一”机组结合,实现热能和动力的有效回收与利用。通过计算论证,改进后的工艺有效克服了原直接法生产工艺所存在的问题,具有良好的经济效益和环境效益。

Aiming at the fact that the high content of NOx in alkali tail gas and low ratio of NaNO2 to NaNO3 in the effluent of the 1# alkali absorption tower in the production of sodium nitrite and sodium nitrate by direct method, a new reaction mechanism of nitrogen oxides absorption by soda solution was put forward, and the direct method technology was improved. That is, according to the change of NOx content in the process of alkali absorption, the operating pressure of alkali absorption tower was divided into two grades; the 1#and 2# alkali absorption towers are divided into upper and lower sections; the steam produced by the oxidation furnace is combined with the "three-in-one" compressor unit to realize the effective recovery and utilization of heat energy and power. It is proved by calculation that the improved process has effectively overcome the problems existing in the original direct production process, and has good economic and environmental benefits.
