6M50型氮氢气压缩机技术改造及运行总结

摘要:

随着原料气的制取由固定层间歇气化工艺改为粉煤加压气化工艺,原有的部分设备不再适用而闲置。为避免设备资源的浪费,提出将6M50-315/314型氮氢气压缩机改造成双高压压缩机的方案并予以实施。改造后的6M50-315/314型氮氢气压缩机经过1年多的运行,一级气缸进气压力由≤30 kPa上升至≥2.0 MPa,体积流量由18 000 m3/h(标态)提高至50 000 m3/h(标态),不仅提高了闲置设备的利用率和生产效率,而且具有十分显著的节能效果。

Abstract:

With the production of raw gas changing from fixed-bed intermittent gasification process to pulverized coal pressurized gasification process, some of the original equipment is no longer applicable and idle. In order to avoid waste of equipment resources, the scheme of transforming model 6M50-315/314 nitrogen-hydrogen compressor into double high pressure compressor is put forward and implemented. After more than one year′s operation of the modified model 6M50-315/314 nitrogen-hydrogen compressor, the intake pressure of the primary cylinder rises from less than 30 kPa to more than 2.0 MPa, and the volume flow rate rises from 18 000 m3/h(standard state) to 50 000 m3/h (standard state), it not only improves the utilization rate and production efficiency of idle equipment, but also has significant energy-saving effect.
