摘要:

介绍了以硫酸钾生产过程中副产的盐酸以及磷矿粉、氨、尿素、氯化铵、氯化钾为原料生产低浓度复合肥(N-P2O5-K2O=15-5-5)的小试试验和工业化应用情况。通过小试试验和工业化应用的优化改进,开发成功低浓度复合肥绿色生产工艺,所生产的低浓度复合肥产品各项指标达到或超过国家标准的要求。

Abstract:

An introduction is given of the small-scale test and industrial application of production of low-concentration compound fertilizer (N-P2O5-K2O=15-5-5) by using byproduct hydrochloric acid in the production of potassium sulfate, phosphate rock powder, ammonia, urea, ammonium chloride and potassium chloride as raw materials. Through small-scale tests and optimization and improvement of industrial application, the low-concentration compound fertilizer green production process is successfully developed, and the indexes of the low-concentration compound fertilizer product produced meet or exceed the requirements of national standards.
