不同生物有机肥对油菜生长和抗氧化系统的影响

摘要:

以油菜和2种生物有机肥为材料,探究不同用量的2种生物有机肥对油菜生长和抗氧化系统的影响。试验结果表明:添加生物有机肥后提高了油菜的叶面积、根长、单株干鲜重和叶片内光合色素含量,同时增强了油菜叶片和根系内抗氧化酶(SOD,POD和CAT)的活性,降低了过氧化物质的含量(MDA,O2·-),因此生物有机肥在促进油菜生长、增强油菜抗氧化能力方面具有明显的效果;微生物菌剂和一顶三生物有机肥的最佳用量分别为60 kg/亩(1亩=666.67 m2, 下同)和160 kg/亩,且微生物菌剂对油菜生长的促进效果较一顶三生物有机肥明显,但适宜用量范围窄;一顶三生物有机肥的适宜用量范围在80~200 kg/亩,综合考虑经济效益,一顶三生物有机肥最佳经济用量为80 kg/亩。

Abstract:

Rape and 2 types of bio-organic fertilizer are used as materials to investigate the effects of 2 types of bio-organic fertilizer and different application amount on the growth and antioxidant system of rape. Experimental results show that adding bio-organic fertilizer increases rape leaf area, root length, fresh and dry weight of individual plant and photosynthetic pigment content in leaves, meanwhile increases the activities of antioxidant enzymes (SOD, POD and CAT) of rape leaves and roots and decreases the content of peroxide substances (MDA, O2·-), therefore, the bio-organic fertilizer has significant effects on promoting rape growth and enhancing antioxidant ability of rape; the optimum application amounts of microbial agents and "a top three" bio-organic fertilizer are 60 kg per mu (1mu=666.67 m2, the same as below) and 160 kg per mu respectively, and microbial agents have more obvious promotive effect on plant growth than that of "a top three" bio-organic fertilizer, but its suitable application amount range is narrower; the suitable application amount range of "a top three" bio-organic fertilizer is 80~200 kg per mu, but considering the economic benefits, 80 kg per mu is the best economic application amount for "a top three" bio-organic fertilizer.
