清洁硫回收联产硫酸新工艺的开发与应用

摘要:

传统的合成氨原料气净化采用栲胶法脱硫,脱硫废液存在钒污染;脱除的H2S经氧化生产的粗硫黄中含有焦油、煤粉、碱等杂质,需进一步提纯,经济效益差。采用低温甲醇洗脱硫脱碳工艺脱除合成氨原料气中的H2S等酸性气体,得到的酸性气体再通过湿法硫酸酸性气燃烧工艺生产工业级浓硫酸,不仅大幅提高了合成氨原料气的净化效果,而且取得了显著的经济和社会效益。

Abstract:

Desulfurization by Tanin Extract, a traditional feed gas purification of synthesis ammonia, has vanadium pollution in desulfurization wastewater. And the crude sulfur obtained from H2S oxidation productions containing tar, coal, alkali etc. needs further purification, lacking of economic profit. H2S and other acid gases in the feed gas of synthetic ammonia process are removed by desulphurization and decarbonization process with low-temperature methanol washing, and these acid gases were produced industrial concentrated sulfuric acid by the wet-process sulphuric acid acid gas combustion process, which can greatly improve purification effect of the feed gas of synthetic ammonia process and make remarkable economic and social benefits.
