鲁奇炉热回收装置的热力学分析

摘要:

火用理论及其计算方法日益成为热力工程学有用的分析工具。利用的概念计算鲁奇炉热回收装置(洗涤冷却器+低压锅炉)的效率并与传统的热回收率计算结果相比较,计算结果表明:洗涤冷却器的热效率为82.72%,但由于传热温差太大,效率只有60.51%,高品位热能没有得到充分利用;低压锅炉的热效率为69.46%,但由于回收的低压蒸汽品位太低,效率只有52.33%。根据计算结果,如把洗涤冷却器改为副产3.82 MPa过热蒸汽并直接用作鲁奇炉的气化剂,既降低了传热温差,又副产了高品位的蒸汽,效率及可用性将得到明显提高。

Exergy theory and its calculation method has increasingly become a useful analysis tool in thermal engineering. The exergy efficiency of Lurgi gasifier heat recovery unit (scrubber cooler + low pressure boiler) is calculated adopting exergy concept and is compared with results obtained by traditional heat recovery efficiency calculation method. Calculation results show that heat efficiency of scrubber cooler is 82.72%, but because temperature difference of heat transfer is too big, exergy efficiency is only 60.51%, the high-grade energy is not made full use of; the heat efficiency of low pressure boiler is 69.46%, but because the grade of recovered low pressure steam is too low, the exergy efficiency is only 52.33%. According to calculation results, if scrubber cooler can instead produce byproduct 3.82 MPa superheated steam and the steam can be used directly as gasification agent of Lurgi gasifier, the temperature difference of heat transfer can be lowed, and the byproduct high-grade steam can be produced as well, thus the exergy efficiency and usability will be improved remarkable.
