黄磷炉炉气干法除尘中滤芯强度衰减因素的探析

摘要:

黄磷炉炉气温度高,且含有易燃、易爆、易液化及多种强腐蚀性成分,制约了黄磷炉炉气干法除尘工艺的应用。利用某型号多孔陶瓷滤芯研发出一套除尘工艺装备试验样机并在西部某黄磷炉上进行试验研究,运行一段时间后发现滤芯强度衰减严重。研究结果表明,导致滤芯强度衰减的主要因素为化学腐蚀,为此通过实践摸索总结出一套多孔陶瓷滤芯可在该工艺环境下应用的工艺方案。

Abstract:

The high temperature, flammable, explosive, liquescent as well as a variety of highly corrosive components of yellow phosphorus furnace gas have restricted the application of yellow phosphorus furnace gas dry dust removal technology. A set of experiment prototype of dust removal process equipment is developed with a certain model of porous ceramic filter, and experimental study is carried out at a certain yellow phosphorus furnace in western China, after operation for a period of time, serious ceramic filter intensity degradation is occurred. Research results show that the main cause of filter intensity degradation is chemical corrosion. Through practice, a process scheme for the application of the porous ceramic filter in the process environment is summed up.
