摘要:

从环保角度出发,对传统的复合肥生产工艺中存在的环境污染问题进行了分析,并借助氮肥-复合肥工业园区共有的资源,将燃煤热风炉加热空气改造为蒸汽通过换热器加热空气。改造方案实施后,实现了复合肥生产装置尾气中污染物的超低排放,具有显著的环保价值。

From the view of protecting environment, the environmental pollution problems existing in traditional compound fertilizer production process are analyzed, and with the aid of shared resources in the nitrogen fertilizer and compound fertilizer industry park, the coal fired hot blast stove heating air is transformed into heating the air by steam through heat exchanger. After the implementation of modification scheme, the ultra-low emission of pollutants in the exhaust gas of compound fertilizer production unit is realized, which has significant environmental protection value.
