摘要:

为了探索陶瓷过滤机在磷矿浆过滤中应用的可行性,开展了工业试验。试验结果表明:磷矿浆含固量对陶瓷过滤机性能的影响较大,磷矿浆细度的影响较小;在适宜的过滤速度下,过滤后的磷矿浆滤饼含水质量分数平均在15%左右,采用陶瓷过滤机过滤磷矿浆是可行的。

In order to explore the feasibility of application of ceramic filter in filtration of phosphate rock slurry, industrial experiment is carried out. Experimental results show that solid content of phosphate rock slurry has a significant impact on ceramic filter performance, while fineness of phosphate rock slurry has less effect; at suitable filtration rate, mass fraction of water content in filter cake from filtration of phosphate rock slurry is about 15%, therefore filtering phosphate rock slurry with ceramic filter is feasible.
