采用等温溶解平衡法研究了在KNO3质量浓度稳定在(22±2) g/L,即K2O质量浓度为(10.24±1.00) g/L时,ZnSO4-CuSO4-H2O水盐体系相平衡关系。利用直角坐标系绘制了0,10和20 ℃下的水盐体系相图,其中横坐标轴、相平衡曲线和直线c(Zn2+)+c(Cu2+)=100 g/L所围成的区域即为含定量KNO3的Zn-Cu水溶肥料配方区。试验结果表明,根据配方区所制备的水溶肥料具有良好的储存性能。
By isothermal dissolution equilibrium method, the study of phase equilibrium relationship of ZnSO4-CuSO4-H2O salt-water system is carried out on condition that mass concentration of KNO3 stabilizes at (22±2) g/L, that is, mass concentration of K2O is (10.24±1.00) g/L. The phase diagrams of the salt-water system at 0 ℃, 10 ℃ and 20 ℃ are drawn by Cartesian coordinate system. The area surrounded by the axis of abscissa, phase equilibrium curve and c(Zn2+)+c(Cu2+)=100 g/L straight line is the formula area of Zn-Cu water soluble fertilizers which contain quantitative KNO3. Experiment results show that water soluble fertilizers prepared according to the formula area have good storage performance.
