概述了有机朗肯循环膨胀发电技术的原理、特点以及该技术现有的应用情况,结合尿素装置的实际特点和需要,探讨有机朗肯循环发电技术在尿素装置中的应用情况。介绍了有机朗肯循环膨胀发电技术在国内5家企业的使用情况,表明该技术已在化工、石油、采油、钢铁、电力、地热能等行业中得到成功应用,可在不改变原有工艺、供电和运行方式的前提下,利用低温余热资源,实现节能降耗。

Abstract:

An overview is given of the principle, characteristics of Organic Rankine Cycle expansion power generation technology and current application of the technology. In connection with the actual characteristics and needs of urea unit, the application of Organic Rankine Cycle power generation technology in urea unit is discussed. The use of Organic Rankine Cycle expansion power generation technology in five domestic enterprises is introduced, showing that the technology has been successfully applied in industries such as chemical industry, petroleum, oil recovery, steel, electricity, geothermal energy, etc., and by using low temperature waste heat resources, the energy saving can be achieved under the premise of not changing original process, power supply and operation mode.
