石油焦对低压多喷嘴对置式水煤浆气化炉运行的影响

摘要:

针对低压多喷嘴对置式水煤浆气化炉在掺烧石油焦期间出现的问题,从掺烧石油焦对炉壁挂渣、气化炉操作温度和气化装置经济指标的影响3个方面进行了分析。实际运行结果表明,掺烧石油焦期间,应控制石油焦的掺烧比例稳定、焦浆粒度合适,密切关注拱顶温度的变化,以确保气化装置的稳定运行。

In connection with the existing problems of the low pressure multi-nozzle opposed coal-water slurry gasifier during the mixed burning of coal with petroleum coke, the 3 aspect effects of adding petroleum coke are analyzed including the hanging slag of furnace wall, the operating temperature of the gasifier and the economic index of the gasification unit. The actual operation results show that the mixing ratio of coal and petroleum coke and the size of the coke slurry should be controlled during the mixed burning of coal with petroleum coke, and the change of the dome temperature should be paid close attention to ensure the stable operation of the gasification unit.
