通过对尿素生产各环节的排查、开展多种模拟试验以及运用尿素吸潮和干燥原理,分析了尿素贮存过程中出现流液现象的原因,并采用对比试验验证了分析结果的准确性。根据分析结果,提出了消除尿素贮存过程中出现流液现象的建议和措施。
Through checking the urea production links, carrying out various simulation tests and using urea moisture absorption and drying principle, the causes of moisture absorption, dissolution and reconsolidation of urea in the process of storage is analyzed. And contrast experiment is used to verify the accuracy of analysis results. According to analysis results, suggestions and measures to eliminate the moisture absorption, dissolution and reconsolidation in urea storage are proposed.
