摘要:

概述了复混肥料中缩二脲形成的机理、对作物生长的危害。对影响分光光度法测定复混肥料中缩二脲含量的因素(缩二脲标准物质的纯度、缩二脲的提取方法、样液浑浊干扰、比色皿的选择、样液中缩二脲的浓度、标准曲线的截距、测定时间、酒石酸钾钠碱性溶液和硫酸铜溶液的pH等)进行了分析,以期更好地掌握复混肥料中缩二脲含量测定的关键控制点,确保测定结果的准确性。

Abstract:

The formation mechanism of biuret in compound fertilizer and its harm to crop growth are summarized. In order to better master critical control point of determination of biuret content in compound fertilizer and ensure the accuracy of determination results, the factors influencing determination of biuret content by spectrophotometry, including purity of biuret reference material, extraction method of biuret, interference of turbidness of liquid sample, choosing of the colorimetric ware, concentration of biuret in test solution, intercept of the standard curve, measurement time, pH of sodium potassium tartrate alkaline solution and copper sulfate solution, etc., are analyzed.
