摘要:

从分析固定层间歇式煤气化炉的固有缺陷出发,提出间歇干扰概念并介绍了采用固定层间歇式煤气化炉优化控制系统克服间歇干扰的措施。造气炉优化控制系统投用后,达到了增产、降耗、节能、减污、增效的目标。

Abstract:

Based on analysis of inherent defects of the fixed-bed intermittent gasifier, the concept of intermittent interference was put forward, and the measures of using the optimal control system of the fixed-bed gasifier to overcome the intermittent interference were introduced. After the optimal control system of the fixed-bed gasifier was put into use, achieved the goal of increasing production, reducing consumption, saving energy, reducing pollution and increasing efficiency.
