大型化“双高”原料气制氢变换技术探讨

简要介绍了与航天炉和东方炉等气流床粉煤加压气化技术配套的“双高”原料气制氢的典型等温变换工艺流程并分析其技术特点。通过将等温变换炉和绝热变换炉进行有机组合,开发出大型化分流式等温串绝热“双高”原料气CO变换新工艺。该新工艺具有合成气提温快捷易控、有机硫转化彻底、装置易实现大型化和运行可靠性好等特点,可为配套“双高”原料气的大型变换装置的设计及工艺选择提供参考。

A briefly introduction is made of the typical isothermal shift conversion process flow of high water/gas ratio and high CO content feed gas hydrogen production matched with entrained flow pulverized coal pressurized gasification technology used by HT-L and SE gasification, its technical characteristics are analyzed. Through the organic combination of the isothermal shift converter and the adiabatic shift converter, a new CO shift conversion process for the large-scale split-type isothermal connected with adiabatic high water/gas ratio and high CO content feed gas is developed. The new process has the characteristics of quick and easy control of rise in temperature of syngas, complete conversion of organic sulfur, easy to realize large-scale installation and good operational reliability, and can provide reference for design and process selection of large-scale shift converter supporting high water/gas ratio and high CO content feed gas.
