介绍了立式径向流吸附器的发展及应用情况,分析立式径向流吸附器在运行过程中出现入口空气温度高、出口空气中二氧化碳含量频繁超标、内部材质损耗等问题的原因,并提出了相应的解决措施。通过增设冰机、更换吸附剂和损坏的丝网等措施,使问题得以解决,保证了空分装置的安全稳定运行。

The development and application of vertical radial flow adsorber are introduced. The causes of high inlet air temperature, frequent excessive carbon dioxide content in the outlet air, and internal material loss during the operation of the vertical radial flow adsorber are analyzed, and corresponding solutions are proposed. The problem is solved by adding ice machine, replacing adsorbent, replacing damaged screen, etc., ensuring safe and stable operation of the air separation unit.
