超重力除尘装置的设计
Design of Supergravity Dedusting Device
摘要:

超重力场在化工过程中的应用是通过填料层的高速旋转来完成的,此种装置称为超重力装置,也称为旋转填料床,是一种强化相间传质、反应及微观混合的新型设备。对超重力除尘装置的结构设计及电机功率计算进行了简要介绍,并分析了液气比和超重力因子对除尘效率的影响,为超重力除尘装置的设计提供参考。

The application of the supergravity field in the chemical process is accomplished by the high-speed rotation of the packing layer. This device is called the supergravity device, also known as the rotating packed bed. It is a new type of equipment to strengthen the interphase mass transfer, reaction and micromixing. The structure design and the motor power calculation of the supergravity dedusting device are briefly introduced, and the effect of the liquid to gas ratio and the supergravity factor on the dust removal efficiency is analyzed, which provides a reference for the design of the supergravity dedusting device.
