采用模拟工业应用的小型并列固定床装置和模拟MTO中脱甲烷塔塔顶的物料作为再生气,系统研究了含乙烯质量分数0.0% ~4.0%的再生气在不同再生次数条件下对3A分子筛物理和吸附性能的影响。研究发现:3A分子筛的动态水吸附性能随再生气中乙烯含量的增加而明显下降,适宜的再生气含乙烯质量分数在0.0% ~1.5%,再生气含乙烯质量分数低于1.5%时的动态水吸附性能下降幅度可控制在15%以内;动态水吸附性能下降最主要的原因是晶体表面积炭行为所引起晶间孔的堵塞,尤其是晶间介孔(3~50 nm)的积炭堵塞。
By using a small parallel fixed bed device for simulating industrial application and the gas that similar with the outgas from the demethanate tower in MTO unit as regenerated gas, the effects of regeneration gas containing 0.0%~4.0% ethylene on the physical and adsorption properties of 3A zeolite under different regeneration times were studied systematically. It was found that the dynamic water adsorption performance of 3A zeolite decreased obviously with the increase of ethylene content in the regenerated gas. The appropriate ethylene content was 0.0%~1.5%, and the decrease of corresponding dynamic water adsorption capacity was less than 15%. The main reason for the decrease of dynamic water adsorption performance is the blockage of intergranular pores caused by the behavior of carbon deposition on the crystal surface, especially the blockage of intergranular mesopores (3~50 nm).
