摘要:

由于原设计采用的氨泵故障率较高,在氨冰机系统出现带液时,如无法及时启动氨泵,将严重影响冰机的工作负荷,进而导致低温甲醇洗系统和氨合成系统生产不稳定。针对存在的问题,利用设备之间的压差,通过对排液管线进行改造,实现了自力式排液,不仅可以取消氨泵,而且保证了装置的稳定运行。

Due to high failure rate of original designed ammonia pump, when liquid ammonia entrainment occurred in the ammonia ice machine system, if ammonia pump could not be started in time, the workload of ice machine would be seriously affected, which will lead unstable production of low temperature methanol washing system and ammonia synthesis system. Aiming at existing problems, by using pressure difference between equipments and reforming drain line, the self-operated drainage is realized, which not only can the ammonia pump be cancelled, but also the stable operation of the device can be ensured.
